By lying down your back on a bench, hold a barbell or a pair of dumbbells on both hands.

Inclined dumbbell press
Lie down on a bench, with your back on the bench. Hold two dumbbells on both your hands with shoulder width apart. Slowly lower both arms by bending your arm elbows and then bring the arms back to initial position.
This exercise is similar to “Inclined dumbbell press” described above. The difference is that instead of moving your arms straight up, you are extending your both arms sideways, expanding the chest.
With both arms fully extended, hold a dumbbell with both hands directly above your head while you lie down on a bench. Move the dumbbells backward so that now your body is in a horizontal position with arms extended to the back of your head in a straight line. Now bring your arms back to the initial position.
